Post-construction cleaning

The last trade in the building before the client walks through. Get it wrong and it is the only thing they remember.

The three phases

Rough clean: After framing and drywall, before finish work. Debris removed, bulk dust knocked down, floors swept so the finish trades can work.
Final clean: After the trades are out. This is the detailed pass — every surface, inside every cabinet and drawer, light fixtures, vents, switch plates, window tracks, and construction film off the glass. Floors cleaned to their finished state.
Touch-up: After the punch list and just before handover. Fingerprints, scuffs, and the dust that settled while the punch items were being closed.

We schedule around you: Construction dates move. Tell us when the trades are actually out and we will be there, including weekends when the handover date requires it.
We know the finishes: New floor finish, fresh grout, and uncured caulk each need different handling. The wrong chemistry on a new floor is damage, not cleaning, and it comes out of somebody's margin.
Construction dust is not office dust: It is fine, it is everywhere, and it settles three times after you think you are done. We plan for the passes.
Insured: Certificates provided for your project file, and we can be named as additional insured.

Freight schedules and weather move construction dates here more than anywhere in the Lower 48. We have worked around it since 1986.
